Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:

Orders are processed and then shipped between Wednesday & Friday.

Orders made over the weekend & public holidays will be processed and shipped between the Wednesday to Friday period after the order has been made.

The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

Shipping for all food products within Australia only.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Books can be shipped Internationally.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within the state of Western Australia from the day your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery outside the state of Western Australia from the day your order. Larger orders will take longer to deliver.

Australia Post is currently experiencing delays due to COVID.

Self-Pickup:

Order can only be picked up once “ready for pickup” email is received, only from the location below and only during the days/times listed below. For any out-of-state orders that have accidentally chosen self-pickup, payment for shipping can be organised if not over the free shipping threshold or the order will be cancelled and refunded. Please contact us with any concerns.

Return Policy:

Feed the Hike cannot accept returns on ANY FOOD ITEM unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you have purchased any extra meals please pop them in your pantry for another adventure or share with a friend.

Returns are refunded to the original form of payment or with product exchange only.

DISCOUNTS/COUPONS:

Discount Vouchers are valid for a limited time only. Feed the Hike reserves the right to modify or cancel vouchers at any time without notice.

All vouchers issued are for future orders and cannot be used retroactively.
